Natural sparkling rosé wine
Production technique: manual harvesting of the grapes, short maceration in the press with dry ice in order to give the wine a pink color. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a low temperature so as to obtain a wine with a good aromatic profile, good acidity and a good structure.
Serving suggestions: iideal as an aperitif, to try on fish soup.
