Pian dei Saraceni Red Barrique
Intense ruby red wine. Coffee, liquorice and chocolate aromas. Soft and delicate, soft tannins.
Production technique: classic red vinification of Gaglioppo and Magliocco grapes, harvested by hands, followed by a 20 days fermentation at a controlled temperature and then aging in new wood barrels for 12 months.
Serving suggestions: classic combination with ragù sauce and sauces in general, grilled and stewed roasts.
