It was born in the heart of Cirò, a place of vocata wine tradition. The best Greco 80% white and Mantonico 20% grapes, rigorously selected from traditional hillside vineyards with exposure to the sea, give this wine unique qualities of delicate fragrance and harmonious intensity. Sunny chromatic aspect, straw yellow color, represents a real jewel of elegance and sobriety.

Serving suggestions: particularly suitable with main fish courses, seafood and shell-fish.

Production technique: manual and selected harvesting of the best grapes from traditional hillside vineyards with exposure to the sea, soft pressing and fermentation in temperature controlled steel containers.
