Torre Aragonese – Classic Red D.o.p. wine

Intense ruby red with garnet hints. Intense spicy flavor. Full-bodied and flavoured.

Production technique: manual grape harvest, vinification in thermo-conditioned stainless steel, with a maceration from eight to ten days, two years aging in stainless steel barrels, with an additional stay in oak barrels and further bottle aging before marketing.

Serving suggestions: with roasts, wild game meat and high quality aged cheeses.
