Torre Aragonese – Cirò D.O.P. White

Straw yellow color with clear greenish hints. It expresses delicate floral scents and light almond hints. Fresh, soft and harmonious.

Production technique: manual grape harvest, vinification in thermo-conditioned stainless steel, with gentle pressing of the grapes, aging in stainless steel barrel, with a short additional bottle aging of a few months before marketing.

Serving suggestions: it is ideal for aperitifs thanks to its fresh aroma but it also goes well with appetizers, first and second courses.
